It Goes Without Saying, But I'll Say It

I can't wait for 9:00 tonight!! The season premiere of Heroes is finally here and I'm so excited! I finished the first season with time to spare so I went back and watched a few episodes with commentary. I've watched all the previews and read all the spoilers I could find, so I'm ready! I've heard they're making the new season very accessible to new viewers, so if you don't already watch - now's your chance! Expect a full report tomorrow. I've considered live blogging through tonight's episode but 1) I don't really know what that is and 2) that would really cramp my eyes-not-blinking and forgetting-to-breathe style of Heroes watching.

Unrelated to Heroes, Our Element is being worked on so I took Jeff to work today. It was kind of fun, we listened to sports radio regrettably herald the Patriots, stopped for breakfast, and he was able to give Evan and myself a kiss and hug before walking into his office...a nice way to start the day.

Speaking of cars, I've been thinking a lot lately about getting a new car. For those of you who have seen my car, it's lame and unsightly, but it runs well and is paid off! Our plan is to only ever have one car payment, but the Element will be paid off in a year or so and then it's my turn to go car shopping! I'm not the kind of person who needs to drive a nice car or always be buying new cars. It's just not that big a deal to me what I drive as long as it runs, but I've had my car for almost seven years and I do love to car shop. We'll probably buy new-used next time and I'm pretty sure I want some version of a crossover. It will be nice to have a car whose speakers all work and that doesn't have ripped-up upholstery, and a little more room in the back would be great!

Anyway, enough distractions, I have a main event to prepare for...just kidding, I'm not really doing anything to prepare for tonight's show (except maybe watching more commentated episodes,) how big of a dork do you think I am? Don't answer that, or no more blogging for you!!

I hear on tonight's episode, Patrick Duffy walks out of the shower and reveals that this show has been part of a dream for the past year and that it hasn't actually been on television.

Very funny! I think I might have a melt down if that happened!

We watched tonight and I have to say I'm totally lost and confused. You'll have to explain it to me sometime.
