Word Watch 2008

Still no words, but we have started to play a new game with Evan. Jeff and I have been modeling the use of words. Jeff will hold Evan and try to get my attention by pointing. I won't turn around until Jeff says Mommy and then we switch. We modify this with other things Evan knows the word for too. It was something the speech therapist at my school recommended. We'll see...he still has a few more weeks before my "worry deadline." Here is an article Jeff sent me from babycenter that he was reading about language development, so far he's still on target.
