This is how we feel every night waiting for daddy to get home! Actually, in this particular picture, he's watching the mailman, but still...Tonight Jeff and I will have our first of two Valentine's dinners. While Jeff is putting Evan to bed, I'm going to finish up one of his favorite meals and we're going to have a quiet dinner by ourselves. We might even throw in candelight and wine! Saturday we're going out to dinner and a movie - it's been a long time since we've had a real date, so we're both really excited. Jeff and I try to get out and do stuff on the weekends as much as we can but we usually take Evan with us, and that's just not the same as having the quality time together.

Happy Valentines Day! We did this same thing. Put the girls to bed and had a nice dinner with a little wine, then we will do the dinner and movie over the weekend...ahhhhh.
