I have officially begun my spring break! We're not going anywhere, but I do have a couple of fun things planned. My sister, Morgan, is a massage therapist, so I'll be getting a massage. I don't get to benefit from her chosen profession nearly as often as I'd like, so I'm looking forward to it. Of course, I'll have Evan with me, so it won't be a completely peaceful experience, but close enough for this Mom!
Then there's our big trip to IKEA - we've been planning for this trip since we moved into the house and our list keeps getting longer. Mom's going to watch Evan so we'll have the whole day to peruse the store. Does it make us boring and old that IKEA is our big spring break trip?
After those scheduled items, the options are endless. I'm sure play dates, and other various child-outings will fill the remainder of the week. Jeff took off a couple days, so we'll also have some good family time.
But before I get too far ahead of myself, I suppose I should make my child some dinner. I may get a spring break from my part-time job, but I never get a spring break from my full-time job - good thing I love that job and that cute toddler client of mine!
