Set up

I have to admit that tonight's episode was a little disappointing, but I was half expecting that outcome. I knew they would spend most of the show setting up new story lines so that new viewers wouldn't be alienated, but I felt that caused it to lack some of the punch of last year's premiere.

So many of the characters have changed and I miss the old dynamics. I guess that's to be expected when a show takes place "four months later." That said, they have presented some interesting new questions to be answered. I'll be glad when this set up stage is over and the new season really hits its stride...Until next week, or maybe Friday when I blog about the "Jam" reunion!
