Pepsi

Jeff is working late tonight, so I haven't shared this story with him yet, but it was too funny not to post. I decided I deserved a soda tonight and since Jeff smuggled Pepsi into our last Target purchase, we had some in the fridge. Evan and I were hanging out in the living room and my can was on the side table unattended. I realized that Evan had made his way towards that table just late enough to see him grabbing the can with both hands and bringing it to his mouth. It was like he'd been drinking soda all his life...hmm, I wonder if Jeff passed on this gene? He got some in his mouth before I could get to him, but he didn't seem to like the taste all that well. Although, he did cry when I took the can away. It was one of those moments that you wish you got on film. Caffeine is the last thing this bundle of energy needs, so it will be a long time before he gets another taste of soda!

Jeff's probably been slipping him sips all along, you just don't know it! The only reason he didn't like the taste of pepsi was because Mt. Dew is what Jeff's been giving him!

That is too funny. Isn't it amazing what they seem to already now how to do just from watching you...instinct I guess.

Ha ha! Griffin did the same thing around that age. He seemed to love it but luckily hasn't had another taste since.

I think he gets it honest from Jeff and his aunt Pam. I do have my coke for breakfast. He is the cutest nephew ever.
