And I thought my 20 minutes were an accomplishment...

The elliptical and I have made peace. I usually get in three workouts per week, twenty minutes each. I've been really proud of myself and I've even started noticing a very slight difference in the way my jeans fit.

Today, though, I had one of those "you've got to be kidding me" moments. I left for our toddler group around 9:40 this morning and passed a woman running in our edition. I returned from group around 12:00 to see the exact same woman still running. That's more than two hours of running! I'm guessing she's a SAHM who runs while her kids are at school, but seriously, that's a lot of running! Let's hope she's training for a marathon or something. Suddenly, my workouts didn't seem so ambitious.

Oh, that's just wrong - and too much running! I think your workouts sound perfect :)

I saw that same crazy lady and though WHAT the Heck, but I didn't see her when we got home, that is insane, I mean I ran over an hour yesterday, but I AM training for the half marathon...I wish I could do your 20 min. workouts!

She must be training for something or she is crazy! I couldn't run for 20min ;) I'm doing about the same on the elliptical, so I think you are doing great!

yah, she's probably training, probably for the mini. unless she's really hard core, than that amount of time would make more sense for a complete marathon. I wish I had time to run that much!
